At Viralcore, we believe you should have full control over your digital footprint. This single page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for any application in our ecosystem—so you always know where to go, no matter which app you use.
How to delete your data
Option 1: In-app deletion (fastest)
Most of our applications let you delete your account directly in the app:
- Open Settings or Profile.
- Look for Delete Account, Account privacy, or similar.
- Confirm your choice. Your data will be queued for removal according to our retention policy below.
Option 2: Manual request
If you uninstalled the app or cannot find the option, email our support team:

Subject line: Data Deletion Request
Include: The name of the app and the username or email tied to the account (so we can verify ownership).
Processing time: We aim to verify and complete deletion within 72 hours of a valid request.
Data handling & retention
When an account is deleted, we follow a consistent process to protect your privacy:
- What we delete: Personal identifiers (e.g. name, email, profile photo), user-generated content (e.g. posts, comments, uploads), and usage history linked to your account, as applicable to that product.
- Retention period: Data is removed from active systems promptly. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days, except where the law requires otherwise.
- What we may keep: Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot reasonably identify you, and information we must retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, records of a purchase, where applicable).
